Over the past 20+ years, I have been actively involved in health insurance investigations, claims management, fraud detection, risk management, medical auditing, and health insurance consulting. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked closely with insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), hospitals, corporate organizations, and regulatory stakeholders to strengthen transparency, reduce fraud, and improve the efficiency of health insurance systems.
As the Founder of Mediprobe and Founder & Director of IHIRM, my vision has always been to bridge the gap between industry requirements and professional education. I firmly believe that quality education should be practical, industry-oriented, and capable of creating professionals who can immediately contribute to the health insurance ecosystem.
In addition to my work in India, I have also been associated with international consulting and training initiatives, collaborating with organizations on healthcare, insurance, risk management, fraud prevention, investigations, and capacity-building programs. As a speaker, trainer, researcher, and industry consultant, I regularly share knowledge through professional training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and research initiatives aimed at advancing the healthcare & insurance sectors.
